We need somebody with a tall ladder to access our roof to clean the gutters. We didn’t have any rain recently but there’s water dripping constantly. Gutters haven’t been cleaned in 4-5 years. Thanks.

Update: You will need a ladder that is minimum 10m tall (the one in the photo is 5m). No crawling on the roof permitted. The gutter part with limited access is no longer required. Preference is for you to visit on site prior to agreeing on the job. Gutters to be cleaned on a 2 story house; a tall extension ladder is required. There are removeable gutter guards in place and weeds in the gutters, so the guards will need to be removed and re-attached. Too busy - HELP!!! The Job: 1. Clear leaves out of rear and front gutters (15m total length). You will need long / extendable slide ladder (~4m off ground- standard ladder too short). Gloves also suggested. 2. Put 1x coat of decking oil onto non-spa half of small deck (3x 3m) and adjacent small set of stairs (5 steps). Decking oil, applicator and cleanup turpentine provided. Probably 60-90 minutes work, needs to be done on a dry day with no rain imminent.

Replace two x straight lengths of guttering. One length is approx. 9.5m. The other is approx. 8.0m. One spigot in each. Colour and profile (quad) to match existing.

Need back guttering removed and Facia board removed and replaced with new Facia board. Then replace exisiting guttering back - Due date: Flexible
