Need downpipes cemented in at the base

The downpipe on the left side in the first photo is blocked underground. My plan is to adjust the slope of the gutter so it drains to the other end and connects with the downpipe shown in the second photo at the back. Could you please provide a quote for this work?

2 story house. A gutter on one side has sagged in the middle, possibly because of high water ingress volume at some stage, possibly when air con was installed. But it's now sagging in the middle a bit and is turned more outward in the middle, thus not collecting water properly. Height at roughly 5 meters. Sidewalk underneath is clear lengthwise and has a width of ~1200mm

Two parts to the job. Outside: Remove partially broken blueboard section. Replace with new blueboard section: approx. 2000mm x 900m. Waterproof entire section down to concrete floor/ brick footing underneath. Acrylic render new blueboard section to match existing. Inside: Replace broken villaboard section. Patch joints. Approx. 2200mm x 450mm. Como 2226 Must be licensed tradie with good blueboard and waterproof experience.

I need to have some insulations batts installed into the ceiling cavity. It will need at least 2 people 5-6 hours.

I have a section of guttering that needs replacing and also a down pipe that needs replacing.

Tile Roof Repairs Small Leak in 2 locations

I need the gutters cleaned on our house. The block slopes towards the back - so part of the roof is reasonably accessible from ground level but then it is two stories high at the back. The gutters run along each side the house and garage. I'd like the work done on a Mon Wed or Friday.

I need a drone to inspect a roof

I discovered water damage in our ensuite ceiling and had it inspected. The plumbing reports findings are: An inspection of the ceiling cavity found a 50mm vent pipe penetration through the roof at the location of the watermarked A spray test was carried out on the vent; this test failed and water was seen penetrating into the wall cavity. A couple of gutter brackets have rusted off the gutters of my 2nd story. The area is accessible from the balcony at a stretch. Ideally there’s a way to replace the brackets without taking the whole gutter off as would turn into a much bigger job.

I have a leaking roof and am waiting for a response from a repairman. In the meantime, I’m looking for someone experienced in safely accessing roofs to check it out and put a bucket up there. If you’re also skilled in roof repairs, please let me know.
