2 story house. A gutter on one side has sagged in the middle, possibly because of high water ingress volume at some stage, possibly when air con was installed. But it's now sagging in the middle a bit and is turned more outward in the middle, thus not collecting water properly. Height at roughly 5 meters. Sidewalk underneath is clear lengthwise and has a width of ~1200mm

A couple of gutter brackets have rusted off the gutters of my 2nd story. The area is accessible from the balcony at a stretch. Ideally there’s a way to replace the brackets without taking the whole gutter off as would turn into a much bigger job.
