I need help to fix leaks on an insulated patio roof. The roof is supported by a main structural beam, but the perimeter "fascia" trim and gutters are leaking. Everything is metal; there is no timber. Task Details: • System: Insulated panel roof with metal fascia capping and gutters. • Gutter Removal: remove 16m gutter by releasing the internal stiffener brackets (top side) and the metal locking plates (underside). • Fix Leak #1 (Fascia Joints): leak at the joints of the metal fascia capping (the trim covering the panel ends). It shows greenish oxidation and needs to be cleaned and sealed with neutral-cure silicone. • Fix Leak #2 (Gutter Joints): The gutter lap joints are leaking. It needs to be cleaned, resealed between the metal overlaps, and re-fastened with pop-rivets. • Waterproofing: scrape away all old silicone. Apply a new bead of Neutral-Cure silicone to prevent water from tracking back from the gutter onto the fascia capping. Budget: it is indicative, pls make your offer. Location: Calamvale, QLD

Looking for someone to clean house gutters and flush downpipes for a 4bdr house in Kuraby, and also inspect and seal a small leak in an aluminium patio/verandah roof corner where it meets the house wall. Water appears to drip from the corner during rain and the eaves nearby feel damp. Likely needs resealing or flashing check.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind).
