Looking for someone to clean house gutters and flush downpipes for a 4bdr house in Kuraby, and also inspect and seal a small leak in an aluminium patio/verandah roof corner where it meets the house wall. Water appears to drip from the corner during rain and the eaves nearby feel damp. Likely needs resealing or flashing check.

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind). Need to know that the gutter is properly sealed along all joints and have sealant applied if it's needed. I've included a photo of the mesh install done on the other side.

There is a small leak in the gutter. I can't get there to fix and unfortunately it's near the entrance, doorway, so its a nuisance. A small amount of silicone in the right place should fix the problem.

The guttering along my double/story balcony roof has completely detached and fallen down after recent heavy rain. There is no visible rust. The gutter may be slightly bent but could be reusable.
