Need to install gutter mesh in a double storey building, scaffolding is currently installed so job has to be done before scaffolding is due to be removed , total length is about 60metres

Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet. Water backs up and spills out instead of draining through. Two storey home in Mount Waverley. Photos attached. Need a roof plumber to inspect and fix. Please quote after on site inspection.

The gutters between the house and verandah are leaking when it rains and needs to be fixed. From what I can tell it needs to be clipped of a clip needs replacement. The old Gas BBQ needs to be removed from the mains gas and the mains gas lead possibly fixed with a converter so we can use on the portable gas BBQ.

Hi, I need to replace the roofing sheets with something that lets light in. Roofing sheets butting up to the roof needs to be water tight. Gutters along the pargola and down pipe needs to be replaced. Some of the roofing timbers need to be replaced. The pargola is 10m x 4m approx. I will put in a few pictures but a inperson is probably needed to gaguge properly.
