Find gutter repair professionals in South Brisbane

Need leaves cleaned out and 12 metres of steel gutter guard installed on one side (the fence side) of our granny flat (bolted in, not the free floating plastic mesh kind). Need to know that the gutter is properly sealed along all joints and have sealant applied if it's needed. I've included a photo of the mesh install done on the other side.

There is a small leak in the gutter. I can't get there to fix and unfortunately it's near the entrance, doorway, so its a nuisance. A small amount of silicone in the right place should fix the problem.

The guttering along my double/story balcony roof has completely detached and fallen down after recent heavy rain. There is no visible rust. The gutter may be slightly bent but could be reusable. I’m looking for someone experienced in roof/gutter work to assess and either refix securely with proper brackets or replace the section if required. If possible, I’d appreciate the cause of failure being noted (e.g. storm related) for insurance purposes.

Painting the gutters and fascia of a residential home in Moorooka (downpipes not required). The home is on a sloping block, with half at single level height and the other half at 2 storeys high. Clear access on all sides of house. Paint has been purchased and this is painting over the existing grey colour.

We would like our eaves and gutters to be painted, including sanding and prep work. Not expecting it to be perfect - given the condition' but a good quality painting job is required. I will supply the paint but other painting and sanding equipment should be self supplied please.
