Details: • lower storey only, easy ladder access • Approx. standard suburban house size • Gutters need cleaning along the whole house • Please remove all debris and dispose of it (can use my green bin if needed) • Clear downpipes as part of the job • Must bring your own ladder and equipment (I have a standard A frame tho)

Vine removal from roof required (front and rear of property). Also, to clean two nearby gutters while there. Property is a terrace in Edgecliff. There is a balcony below each gutter, which might help to access the roof where vines are located too (see images). Attached images: one of the rear, two of the front from different angles.
