Valley and flashing inspection & cleaning. Check all penetrations and roof junctions. 5. Re-bedding and re-pointing of ridge capping / tile edges. Remove any loose old mortar and use flexible pointing compound / mortar. Ensure smooth weatherproof finish. 6. Inspect two square skylights to ensure no leak risk; Rust treatment + prime + paint for metal bases. 7. Remove two small round skylights (abandoned, no tube connected) and reinstate roof with tiles. 8. Supply & install 2 × Bradford CSR WindMaster whirlybirds (300mm dark color), with Proper flashing and weatherproof installation. 9.
