Gutter leaking during heavy rain and needs to be inspected and repaired.

Looking for an experienced handyman / carpenter to repair an existing pergola. and under the eaves. Scope of work includes: • Remove and replace the existing plastic/polycarbonate roofing sheets with new ones • The pergola has 4 posts in total; the 2 posts on the left side are misaligned (approx. 10cm out) • Replace and realign the 2 left posts to level and balance the pergola properly • Repair and patch or replace some rotten/damaged timber sections Pergola size is approximately 9 metres long × 4 metres wide. Also, there’s one board under the eaves that needs replacing, one small timber strip to be replaced, and two loose boards that just need to be re-fixed. Experience with pergola or outdoor timber structures preferred.

(I will provide the clips if needed, please let me know). Requirements: Comfortable working in roof spaces/confined areas. Please bring your own PPE, ladder, and a head torch. I have purchased a 4-pack security camera system which is wireless and has its own solar panels for each one. I need someone with long enough ladder to install these in 1 to 2 trees and eave locations around perimeter of my house so that I can get full view of what is happening around my place.
