Two-storey house, with very clean gutters on the 1st floor (cleaned once every couple of months). Just need someone to clean the leaves off the top roof gutters and downpipe. Not urgent. Whenever you pass by the area, you can do this job.

2 gutters approximately 10 m long each need cleaning from leaves and inspection for any holes rusting etc.

I need a downpipe installed from top gutter down the wall and connect to stormwater which is at bottom of wall

We believe this vent is fixed badly and needs to be redone, now causing leak, probably should do the gutters too all around the house (including under gutter guard)

need maintenance of some sarking and gable tiles on roof

Slightly unusual flat roof situation- originally metal flat roof over extension, now with faux-wood decking installed over the top. Flashing around the edges of the metal roof has now fatigued and leaking in several sections and likely all requires replacement- enclosed photos show 2 areas of damp coming through into room below plus superficial roof situation. We are looking for someone to: - Remove decking over roof - Replace flashing + install new waterproofing layer/membrane around the edge of the roof and box gutters - Liaise with our handiman who will be replacing 2 skylights that also must be replaced while the deck is up (base wood rotted through- new windows already purchased and on site) - Replace the deck after this work has been completed.

Need gutter cleaned of 2 story house - sloping block. Need debris from downpipes also removed.

We are completing a downstairs powder room. It includes a toilet and basin with hot and cold water. No shower or bath. Walling and plumbing roughed in already. We will need a certificate of completion to satisfy Council requirements Floor dimensions: 1250mm x 2440mm before gyprocking

Roof issues as per below Need someone with insurance + experience +warranty to do below jobs. ISSUE 1: Ridge capping is cracked, missing and chipped in several sections in the allowing water into roof cavity. We recommend sealing and repairing to avoid leakage. Seal and repair/or replace 3 x cracked tiles and damaged flashings. Job: seal and repair major and minor sections. ISSUE 2: 2 x blocked downpipes compacted with debris, require clearing through stormwater line to avoid overflow. - Due date: Flexible

About an hours work - Take off existing quad downpipe from second level leaving 30mm at the top for new pipe to go on - replace with already made PVC downpipe, screw bracket on. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 17 January 2024
