About 3 m² of ceiling plaster (popcorn ceiling) has sagged under a flat metal roof, but I’m not sure where the water is coming from. It might be due to small rust pinholes or condensation, so I’ll need someone to inspect the roof first and identify the cause of the leak. Once the leak is fixed, I’ll also need the damaged plaster section replaced and re-textured to match the existing ceiling. Please include materials in your quote if possible.
