Reconnecting Down Pipe on roof. Sealing Lead Flashing.

2 quick things required here for a plumber. I've asked my local plumber to do this a few times since November hailstorm and he hasn't. So I want this fixed. 1) Gutter downpipe near pool pump. Was plumbed into water tank nearby. Now just want it plumbed back into the downpipe along side the house. 2) Tempering valve on the solar hot water system on the roof is leaking badly after being hit by a hailstone. Needs fixing. Nothing special fix as a new hot water system will be installed shortly from the insurance. Im home on Fridays and Saturdays, or if you're okay with doing this while no one is home, feel free to do it anytime you want. House is within the Logandale Riverlakes golf course estate in Cornubia. Cost: Not sure honestly. If this works out, I'll need a quote for a replacement solar hot water system also. Rinnai, Solarhart, Rheem etc.

The metal garage roof and frame were damaged during a recent storm. The roof frame appears bent and the metal panels have shifted. I would like someone to inspect the damage and provide a quote for repair. Photos are attached for reference.
