Looking for some to help move about 20 solar panels to a different area of my flat roof. (Easy to access and flat) I have all the equipment and knowledge including solar racks - they just need to be moved to make space for more panels that will be installed later. This would suit someone who has done solar panel mounting before or someone is is very practical and handy. Note this is for labour only. No electrical switch box work involved as cables are run. Unfortunately I have a bad back so cannot do myself but I am clear on what needs doing and can provide direction. I have any tools needed but if you have your own even better. Side gutter (approx 15m long) is inaccessible from ground, so will probably have to come over roof. Pitch is approx 30 degrees. No existing anchor points. Other gutters easily reached and access on to roof is straightforward. Must have own insurance. - Due date: Flexible

I have a downpipe that needs replacing. Will take advice on whether the entire pipe needs replacing, or just the section that has corroded. Pipe is down the side of a terrace house, and the worst corrosion is around 5-6m from ground, so ladder definitely required.

I need the roof cleared of branches and gutters cleaned to include removal of all rubbish this will create. There is a large branch just fallen onto the roof. Access is not easy but possible.

The gutter over flows at one end. Not sure if the level isn't correct, a hole or not correctly fixed to the down pipe. To my knowledge the gutter is clear.

Water is ponding on the flat roof around the dormer window and is leaking. A small angle in this roof needs to be created to stop the ponding. I suggest this is done by putting marine ply over the flat area of roof (maybe with a batten underneath the ply to give it support), and then covering that fully with flashing to make waterproof. 2 small gutters to be replaced at same time. Pictures show roof problem and suggested repair. I would like to get the job done sooner than later given the current weather!
