🏠 Gutter Replacement – Canberra Job: Replace approximately 30m of existing gutters I’m looking for an experienced gutter/roofing professional to remove and replace the existing gutters at my property in Canberra. Scope of work: * Approximately 15m of gutter at the front and 15m at the rear (30m total) * Remove and dispose of existing gutters * Supply and install new Colorbond gutters – preferably Quad profile, subject to your recommendation * Replace/upgrade gutter outlets and connections where required * Check and ensure adequate fall toward downpipes * Inspect and repair/replace any damaged sections of fascia/eaves associated with the leaking gutters * Install proper flashing under the roof tiles and into the gutter where required * Ensure all joins, corners and outlets are properly sealed * Water-test the completed installation * Please advise if you identify any underlying timber/eaves damage before carrying out additional work Important: The existing gutters have been leaking and water has been getting into the eaves. There is currently a significant amount of old sealant/bitumen around the roof-to-gutter junction, so I want the underlying issue properly rectified rather than simply resealed. 📸 Photos attached showing the existing gutter and affected eaves. Please quote for: 1. Labour 2. Supply of all guttering and materials 3. Flashing 4. Downpipe/outlet work 5. Removal and disposal of old gutters 6. Any eaves/fascia repairs, quoted separately if required. Please only apply if you have experience with roof gutter replacement and tiled roof flashing. Thanks!

Trying to hang a sensory hammock for the kids that needs to be fixed into a joist with 2 bolts. Looking for you to also chuck some spackfiller or w/e in the holes I've drilled. I’ve used a stud finder to find what I thought were the ceiling joists, but driving a nail/drill bit through hits air. The roof has a bedroom above it if that provides any useful info.
