I need two existing mixer taps to be replaced, one in my kitchen, and the other in my laundry. I’ve already purchased the new mixers (see attached images). Note: the existing sinks and plumbing don’t need to be removed/replaced. I also have a ceramic tap in my shower which needs to be repaired (image attached). These taps are only about 12 months old, and while they work fine, the cold water tap has become quite stiff — it almost feels like an old washer-type tap when you turn it (the hot water tap still turns the full 90 degrees without any resistance, so doesn’t need repair).
