Need to add 2 downpipes on one side of house and connect them to existing piping. On a qlder that it's high but not legal height. - Due date: Flexible

After turning power off for a quick reno job yesterday our continuous hot water system failed to come back to life. I have limited understanding of these things but it could be partly to do with low pressure making it's way onto the system due to a dirty filter. I took the front off and checked the fuses this morning and they seem fine.

One old down pipe needs to be replaced and clean gutter if necessary

Fridge, not working. Freezer icing up. Fridge had been too cold

I have two ORG's in partially in wall cavities I want to move outside.

Leak on the P trap that needs to be sealed

Drip from drainage pipe under shower tray. Not sure of source. I thought it was the sealant round the drain but I repaired that ( see picture) and Issue has returned. Easy to access pipe as house is not built in underneath (see picture) of dripping pipe and deposit on slab underneath. Need someone who can diagnose the issue and repair. Also have a leaky bathroom tap needs fixing. - Due date: Flexible

The dough sensor is not working. When we place the protector down to the bowl, the mixer isn't started automatically. Forgot to take the mixer photo but got some basic equipment info there. - Due date: Before Saturday, 29th Jan 2022

We have a leaking cistern in a spare toilet. It is turned off for now but when we do turn the water back on there is a noticeable leak down I to the toilet basin. Thinking it could be a leaky washer or diaphragm?! It’s just above my skill set so could do with someone to do it properly
