Leaking Garden Tap- there is a leak which will require digging to identify where the leak is.

Required the replacement or washer of the shower head. Unfortunately does not stay up and squirts water. Must be done today in Rye. Near Dundas and Melbourne Rd.

Leaking tap in laundry unable to turn it off at all!

The flush on the ensuite toilet in the Air BNB I manage seems to be broken. The mechanism which operates the toilet system, which is concealed, is loose and the flush buttons keep sticking. The brand of the mechanism is 'Geberit'. The toilet flushes without the cover over the buttons however not when it is on there.
