Little water leaking from bottom behind the toilet bowl and don’t know where it’s coming from.

Currently the water will throw and release once it higher than that level , I want to add a switch to there so I can release the water to suit my needs

Rainwater system has a mains bypass but mains pressure is higher and causes rainwater tap to draw too much from mains and little from the tank. Need a plumber to add a valve (ideally a lever ball valve) to the mains bypass so I can shut it off completely and only turn it on manually when needed. Low clearance between the wall and the fixed water tank and limited length of the exposed copper pipe as shown.

Removal & installation of toilet The pan collar is leaking on the old one so we will buy a new toilet for you to install. Job involves removing the existing toilet and plastic wall mounted cistern and replacing with a new ceramic unit. Single storey free standing villa. The Main Bathroom tap failed because the measured flow rate exceeded the required 9L per minute. 2. The Ensuite Shower and Upstairs main bathroom fittings were found to be leaking which must be rectified to meet the standards.

The hot water in the shower seems to be on and off. The water pressure is also very low compared to the other shower. I have changed the valves on the hot water already as there was a previous leak. This has not fixed the issue. Require licensed plumber to investigate and fix the shower.

We have a tap in our garden that leaks. It's probably just a seal or washer that needs replacing. Should be a quick job.
