I am needing my kitchen tap and toilet seat fixes - both of these are problems with hardware due to missing screws. The task will involve coming to Paddington to see what parts are needed, purchasing the parts (which I will reimburse for), and fixing the ta and toilet set.

- Suppy & install the appropriate extension and/or junction pipe to existing stormwater drainage to prepare for connection to new driveway channel drain - Involves cutting existing stormwater pipe (150mm diameter sewer grade UPVC pipe) - candidate must be a licenced plumber qualified for the job

Leaking sink faucet, needs to be looked at and fixed. Also, minor leak near hot water system. Probably just needs new teflon tape.

Replace old toilet seat with new toilet seat

Need air jet blasting to clear semi blocked sewer outside my Kitchen in the pathway( garden). I suspect years of kitchen grease caused the problem eventually. Please unblock and clean the sewer pipe as much as possible to avoid next blockage.
