Reticulation pressure has dropped off. Solenoids need to be checked and fixed as needed. Reticulation sprinklers also need a service.

Hot water has been running even though no water used. Can hear pssssss sound at the laundry area, but nothing is running. No visible water leak. Sound seems coming behind the wall.

We have just had a new fridge delivered today. I assumed the delivery people were able to hook it up, but this is not so. I need someone today to remove the old fridge.(it has a water and ice dispenser.) and put in the new one, I assume I need a plumber. If they could take the old one away, that would be great for this is an important. I just need a new functioning fridge urgently. I have a hot water system which has a leaking valve at the base. About 100ml per minute and has been going on continuously ( as far as I can tell ) for a few weeks. I assume it needs a new valve and would like the Airtasker to provide this. It is a 4-5 year old Rheem Stellar gas system and it is , I think, the lowest bit of the pressure relief valve ( ie. the bit with screw lines on it at the base of the valve), that the leak seams to be coming from, but please look at the photos, as I could be wrong about the exact source. - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 July 2022
