Am needing a plumber to cut out hole for pipes and readjust pipes which are already in. Have photos to describe a bit better.

Initially toilet was clogged and slow to drain. Now toilet is cleared but pipes are burping in the kitchen and other areas of the house. Tried backwashing the pool today and eventually water pooled up to the drain hole and also into a low area bathroom. Water is draining - just slower than usual. swivel tap has come loose needs tightening. access below sink requires someone eho can work on their back to get to the tap... tap works but I can lift it up and out of socket. it is used a lot across a 2 bowl sink so securing it firmly needed.
