2 toilets (Commede) need to be repaired. 1> Water leaking from the water tank of the toilet (Commode) externally where the pipe is connected to the tank. 2> Once we flush, the water continues to leak through until we open the lid and manually stop the fill valve. This happens 3 out of 5 times we use.

My shower head has popped out of the wall because the screw holding it in place eroded and became rusty. Just need someone to help clean out hole and drill in with new screw and attached shower head back in place again.

I need to replace toilet, which is leaking from the bottom. Toilet is located in laundry.

We have a freestanding vanity which was installed without a sewer reducer, which resulted in a horrible sewer smell in the bathroom. We require a plumber to come and install the reducer. Kitchen tap leaking whenever I use. Need someone today to fix it. Root cause unknown.

The tap in the kitchen leaks water when turned on and running cold water. Water dribbled out the back from around where there is a very small hole. This has been happening over the last few months but has been getting slowly worse.

Convert shower and bathtub to mixer

Kitchen mixer tap faucet has come loose from the hole in the benchtop. I do not have the right tools to do it myself. Entry to tighten nut needs to be gained from cupboard underneath.
