Plasterer needed today to complete this job- cornices and internal part plus patching hole in roof. All plastered and trimmed. Just needs finishing off. We have all materials.

We removed a small section of our plasterboard to identify the source of leak on the other side. The leak has been fixed, need someone to come and fix up the plasterboard - and attach a new skirting board once that’s done. It’s a pretty small area that’s been cut out as you can see in the photos

Plastering works - Stop up bulkhead from wall getting removed ( see pics ) - stop up kitchen patches, join from existing to new will have dado rail covering ( see pics ) - skim coat any cracks in other rooms 3 x bed 1 x living room 1 x kitchen 1 x sunroom 1 x bathroom Notes - estimating full days work - exy’s supplied on site - it’s an old house so not expecting a class 1 finish but needs to be neat.
