Hi everyone, ​I am looking for an experienced tradesperson to insulate and plaster the internal walls of a studio located at the back of my garage. ​As shown in the attached photos (44833.jpg and 44832.jpg), the current walls are painted bare brick. The job will require framing or battening out the walls to create a cavity, installing insulation, and then sheeting, stopping, and sanding the plasterboard so it is completely ready for paint. ​Key Requirements: ​Install timber or metal battens/studs against the existing brickwork. ​Supply and install appropriate wall insulation. ​Supply and install plasterboard. ​Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a paint-ready finish. ​Work cleanly around existing fixtures, including a split system air conditioner, a window, a door, and electrical outlets. ​Install skirting boards and architraves around the window and door (optional/let me know if you can include this). ​ your availability. I am happy to provide rough dimensions or arrange a time for you to come to the site for an accurate quote.
