Apply a tight full skim across the half wall and one ceiling. Full skim to flatten for paint-ready finish. No need to patch, re-sheet or rip anything out. Job date flexible.

We have some water damage to a bedroom ceiling in need of repair. We will have the area fully scraped back and ready for plastering, and will then paint it ourselves. Only the plasterwork/sanding is required to get the ceiling ready to paint. The total area would be no more than 2sqm.

Hi, small plaster repair needed due to water leak from leak, and also jump into the attic /ceiling to see any other leaks in the ceiling developing. Secondly, I want to instal gip rock on the old chimney to close it it off at the bottom of the house. If you can repair proof (silicone /sikaflex) where the leak is coming from, let me know.
