- The garage dimension is 5.6m x 6.1m. - The existing plaster ceiling is sagging and will need to be removed in its entirety and redundant plaster to be removed from site. A section of the plaster ceiling has already been removed. Please refer to the attached photos. - Re-install new 10mm plaster to the ceiling - use plaster glue and screws to existing ceiling joists. - Tape, stop and sand plaster joints as necessary - Please note the garage walls have brick piers on 2 elevations where the existing ceiling sits on. There is however a gap that is left between the ceiling and the wall. Please refer to photos attached. These gaps need to be closed up. Provide detail of proposed method to close this gap in your quote. - Cornice detail to be retained. - Please provide an alternative quote if a cheaper casing bead detail to the perimeter of the ceiling can be achieved in lieu of the cornice detail.

I have two holes in the wall in my garage that need repair

I have a black curtain rod in my home theater room where the middle bracket has pulled out of the drywall, tearing some of the wall material (white compound/paper is coming out). There are clear photos of the damage. Job details: • Remove the loose bracket. • Properly patch/repair the damaged drywall area(s) so it’s smooth and paint-ready (or painted to match if possible). • Remount the existing bracket (or supply stronger mounting) securely using proper heavy-duty anchors (e.g., toggle bolts) or ideally into a stud if accessible. • Ensure the curtain rod is level and strong enough to hold reasonably heavy theater curtains without failing again. What I need: A quick, clean, and strong fix. The wall is standard painted drywall. Alternative quick fix option: If possible, just remove the existing damaged anchors/screws and install new heavy-duty anchors without doing a full wall patch — that would also work if it can be done cleanly and strongly.

There are cracks in the corners of the inner shutter enclosures. These cracks need to be fixed and painted to match the rest of the wall. There are 6 cracks on 1 side of the wall, 6 cracks on the other side of the same wall, and 1 extra crack in another location of the house. Paint needs to be provided.

There’s a hole in the wall at the front door from the door slamming into the wall. Will need to be repaired and painted. Hole is smaller than my fist.
