this is a 2 storey house . ceiling cracks appears in the lower ground. we need tradie to inspect the truss or cracked area and fix the plaster in 1 living area

Setting a gyprock wall

Have a study room with open half wall towards hallway, needs to cover half of the wall with plasterboard with door installation.

My amazing youngster managed to rip the TP holder out of the plaster wall, again. Looking to get it fixed through probably cutting a square section out (30cmx30cm or 40cmx40cm?) and new plaster inserted as the wall was damaged by a previous tenant (we are renting) and I fixed the first rip out so think the surrounding plaster is probably compromised. Have attached pics for sizing/solutions. Flexible on dates, either upcoming Sunday or during the upcoming week. Also include new screws for holder if possible! If the TP holder can be secured on a stud that would be great, happy to expand the cut out area as needed. We have the colour paint to match so no need to include painting in pricing.

Over the years we have bits of plaster fall of the wall so we need a few bits patched up as well as a hole as well where somebody was leaning up against

Looking for a quote to remove the existing wall tiles, repair the plasterboard holes, supply and install new black tiles that somewhat matches the colour of the bench top as shown in the photo.
