Hi there, ​I need an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a single crack on a plaster wall inside my garage in Point Cook. This is for a rental property, so the finish must be flawless to pass a strict agent inspection. ​Scope of Work: ​Prep & Repair: Correctly prep, fill, tape/plaster, and sand the crack so it is completely flush with the wall. (See file 1000021731.jpg for a close-up and file 1000021732.jpg for the full wall perspective). ​Paint Matching (Tasker to handle): I cannot do the paint matching. You will need to take a small sample flake from the wall or use a color-matching scanner, go to Bunnings, and purchase the correct matching paint pot. Please include the cost of the paint in your offer or let me know how you'd like to handle the receipt. ​Painting: Apply two coats of paint over the repaired area. The paint must blend seamlessly with the surrounding wall—no visible patch outlines or harsh texture differences. ​CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Because this is for a tenancy hand-over, the property agent will be inspecting the final result. You must be willing to come back and touch up/redo the finish if the agent raises any issues or is dissatisfied with the blend. Need part of the plaster to be repaired

Looking for a quote to remove the existing wall tiles, repair the plasterboard holes, supply and install new black tiles that somewhat matches the colour of the bench top as shown in the photo. The total area is less than two square metersand the wall measurements are shown in the attached photos. Laundry outlet taps on the wall will be removed by my plumber before the tiling work. Thanks
