Find a professional plaster repair service in Williamstown VIC

I need an experienced, suitably qualified roofer to fix a leak from the third-floor tiled roof, which has caused a small crack and water damage to the second-floor plasterboard ceiling. We have observed that water appears to travel along an internal roof beam before dripping onto the second-floor ceiling. The exact source of the leak needs to be identified and permanently repaired. The job includes: Roof repair: Identify the source of the leak and carry out the necessary repairs, including labour and materials. Ceiling repair: Once the leak is fixed and the ceiling is dry, repair the cracked/damaged plasterboard, leaving it smooth and ready for painting. Clean-up: Remove work-related rubbish and leave the area tidy. I will handle the painting myself. Please provide a fixed price for the complete job, including labour and materials. Discuss any additional costs with me before proceeding. Please confirm you are suitably qualified and insured for the roofing work and can complete both repairs. Images show access to roof from internal door, and the red circles show the beam that had moisture and the next image shows the area of outside roof where the leak 'appears' to originate from....accessed via 3rd floor balcony.

Patch plaster to brick work, install exxy and sand. Paint upon completion of plaster. Will need to supply all of your own materials except plaster sheet which is on site. Must be complete by Thursday

The door handle has gone through the plaster on the wall. About 6-7cm diameter. I can paint it but definitely don’t have the skills to fix it. I can go buy the supplies needed if you let me know or you can get them and I’ll reimburse. Whichever you like. I don’t know how long it takes etc so please quote honestly. I just put the min amount in the budget for the listing. I might have another job for you too, fixing a single fence pail, but you can check it out when you come. :)

Small amount of plaster patchwork, and some painting over the patchwork in addition to 3 - 4 metres of skirting. All paint provided.
