Ceiling has a bump in the middle and temporary fix was done which didnt fix the issue. Need to clear the temporary application and fix the bump for good.

The job will require framing or battening out the walls to create a cavity, installing insulation, and then sheeting, stopping, and sanding the plasterboard so it is completely ready for paint. ​Key Requirements: ​Install timber or metal battens/studs against the existing brickwork. ​Supply and install appropriate wall insulation. ​Supply and install plasterboard. ​Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a paint-ready finish. ​Work cleanly around existing fixtures, including a split system air conditioner, a window, a door, and electrical outlets. ​Install skirting boards and architraves around the window and door (optional/let me know if you can include this). ​ your availability. This is additional works other than my other task for plastering. I have a few cracks in my ceiling from where the installers have put presumably feet through when getting a new ducted air conditioner. Please see photos for details. I will paint this is just the plastering.

Reposting this ad as there are a few more tasks and details than initially anticipated. Need a handyman for drywall repair in a few places, one of which includes bracket installation and attaching a bookcase to a well. Prefer an all inclusive quote or hourly. First pic - The drywall was damaged due to a baby gate. Need someone to patch up, paint and attach a metal bracket to stop this from happening again. Note that the hole needs to be patched, painted and dried before bracket can be installed. This may require couple of visits between painting and bracket installation.I can supply the paint and metal bracket etc. 2nd pic - fixing a 1-2 inch scratch in the drywall in another room - this probably only needs paint. Again I can supply the paint. 3rd and 4th pics - fixing the drywall in another section of the house which has been drilled by mistake by a trade. Attaching a bookcase to the wall - note that you need to be physically strong as the top half of the bookcase needs to be lifted a couple of feet to place it on the bottom section. Details: • Wall has been opened up for access for a water leak that's since been fixed • Require proper patching of the cut‑outs, including tape, base coat and top coat. • Sanded smooth and ready for paint, matching surrounding wall as closely as possible. • Area may need to be opened up a bit wider to access studs / add backing timber, as there’s currently no framing behind Available today after 3pm or tomorrow (Wednesday) anytime. Ideally done before Thursday as new carpet going in and hoping the repair can be done prior to this.
