Wall is approx. 2420x3550. I prefer someone who can do a good job and knows what they're doing and can do it fairly quickly and won't charge through the roof. The TV will need to be mounted to a bracket so it can be pulled out. There is power very close to the location but we'll need an extension to the cable so electrical know-how is a bonus. I'll pay for the materials. I just need a person with know how and who's good on the tools and can make it look clean and professional. there is a small strip of timber at the top which connects to the roof which needs to come off so the plaster can go all the way to the top and look clean.The TV will be mounted above where the insulation finishes roughly in the middle of the wall. The thickness of the TV is 82mm and together with the bracket we're looking at about 150mm. The framework is only 70 mil so we're looking at a gap of about 80mm minus the thickness of the plaster sticking out which isn't ideal and I'm reluctant to move the wall further out so I'm open to ideas like having some kind of a frame around the TV to make it look like a painting or something so a creative mind will be a bonus too 😄 open to ideas bring it on

The store room about 12 sqm which is semi-detached from the house, had a roof leak that caused damage to the ceiling and needs repairing. The roof has now been repaired. Pics attached.

We have put a toilet in our granny flat and the wasps now need to be plastered and painted. The walls are roughly 20m2 in surface. I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.
