Hi everyone, I am looking for an experienced tradesperson to insulate and plaster the internal walls of a studio located at the back of my garage. As shown in the attached photos (44833.jpg and 44832.jpg), the current walls are painted bare brick. The job will require framing or battening out the walls to create a cavity, installing insulation, and then sheeting, stopping, and sanding the plasterboard so it is completely ready for paint. Key Requirements: Install timber or metal battens/studs against the existing brickwork. Supply and install appropriate wall insulation. Supply and install plasterboard. Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a paint-ready finish. Work cleanly around existing fixtures, including a split system air conditioner, a window, a door, and electrical outlets. Install skirting boards and architraves around the window and door (optional/let me know if you can include this). your availability. I am happy to provide rough dimensions or arrange a time for you to come to the site for an accurate quote.
