The garage ceiling is sagging with no signs of water damage. It just appears that some of the nails have become loose.

After replacing the bathroom ceiling unit, there is a gap because the new unit is a bit smaller. Attach are both old and new units. No painting and post installation is needed.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.

Hello, I’m temporarily moving back to my childhood bedroom and I want some help plastering this wall. As you can see, some parts of the wall have been filled in and painted with chalk board paint (thanks to 14 year old me 😅). The original wall in cedar wood but has been painted over. I’m also open to the wall having some type of texture if that’s cheaper.

Hello, I need some plaster holes patched and fixed. These holes are there because an air conditioning unit was removed. One of the walls is white in colour and another is a light lavender/purple wall. I have attached images which show the hole. Price will be agreed upon before the job begins.
