The plaster board surrounding a socket is damaged, cracked. The sockets are functioning properly. There is a metal frame behind the socket attached to the timber. The wall is just a plaster wall inside the house. Does it involve a licensed electrician to remove the GPO and then put it back on?

I need a small wall bracket reinstalled. The wall plugs have pulled out of the wall when the bracket came loose.
