I need a handy man or plasterer to come through for a few hours and touch up walls, ceiling and skirting where required (photos show example of the work to be done but there may be more). Patch and sand ready for painting.

I need a kids front-facing bookshelf (approx 1200mm wide x 1400mm high, lightweight pine) securely anchored to a plaster wall for child safety. The unit is already assembled and positioned against the wall. This is a rental property, so I’d like minimal wall damage where possible. The wall is plaster, so appropriate fixings (e.g. hollow wall anchors or studs if located) will be required. Skirting board clearance is needed (unit sits slightly off wall due to skirting).
