This is for a rental property, so the finish must be flawless to pass a strict agent inspection. Scope of Work: Prep & Repair: Correctly prep, fill, tape/plaster, and sand the crack so it is completely flush with the wall. (See file 1000021731.jpg for a close-up and file 1000021732.jpg for the full wall perspective). Paint Matching (Tasker to handle): I cannot do the paint matching. You will need to take a small sample flake from the wall or use a color-matching scanner, go to Bunnings, and purchase the correct matching paint pot. Please include the cost of the paint in your offer or let me know how you'd like to handle the receipt. Painting: Apply two coats of paint over the repaired area. The paint must blend seamlessly with the surrounding wall—no visible patch outlines or harsh texture differences.
