We’re looking for an experienced and reliable painting team to complete a full interior repaint of our small 3-bedroom home that we move into next week. We’ve just purchased the property and settlement is on Monday, so we need painting to begin Tuesday, 21st October, and be completed as soon as possible so new carpets can be laid straight after. About the job: 2/3 coats as needed • Small 3-bedroom home • Paint all internal surfaces including walls, ceilings, skirting boards, doors and trims, laundry (over wallpaper on one wall), and wall unit shelving in the lounge room • Front door to be painted inside and outside • No windows or wardrobes need painting • Minimal furniture (just beds, couch etc.) – easy access throughout • We will be staying in an Airbnb until Thursday or Friday, so the home will be empty until then. Carpets have been removed, so you don’t need to worry about making a mess, but we would like the site tidied up as it was found at the end • All other belongings are in storage • Carpets will be replaced after painting • Some areas will need patching, plastering, sanding, and removal of any cracks in preparation for paint See images for floor plan and interior photos for quoting.
