There is 1 main and 3 minor jobs that require fixing. The main job is repairing the whole cut out of a wall where there was a minor water leakage. the minor jobs requires fixing the plaster where it has been compressed due to a door pushing against it, fixing where a wall cable cover has torn against the plaster and fixing a patch job in the ceiling.

Require some plastering where decals have pulled paint off a wall. Plus where a small shelf will come off. There’s about 12-15 small patches. Plus I require the bedroom painted to match the current colour of the bedroom. I don’t have the name of the colour so require you to find the colour or a close match and source the paint for the job. Room is 3.2 x 3.5m
