* Patch up workshop wall including small holes plus 3 redundant antenna/power outlets and around the door as indicated in photos for an edge to edge and perfect finish. * Brick the space up in the corner (just two or three bricks and it will be provided) * Patch up the gaps and the space that has been cut above the fluorescent light in the garage wall. Also repair some screw holes in stairs and install a handrail bracket if you can. * Patch tiny screw holes on garage and workshop bricks. * Seal the gaps around two basement windows with timber or as you wish. * Painting is not required.

ESSENTIAL CEILING HOLE WORKS Our bathroom ceiling had the exhaust fan and old light removed. It has been replaced with our toilet's heat light. We require a proficient plasterer to assist us. REQUIREMENTS: - There is now a circle cutout nailed in the exhaust fan hole's place (pictured) which needs to be pushed down a bit to be flush with ceiling (via heat light globes?), and patched/plastered. - Small hole/area in bathroom where old light used to be to be plastered (left of heat light as pictured). - We now have a rectangular ceiling hole in next door toilet room where heat light used to be (we have the plasterboard cutout from bathroom ceiling). This needs to be plastered/patched. - Light switch hole in toilet to be plastered. House is single story with tile roof.
