Plaster cornice needs replacing. A leak was fixed years ago which damaged the cornice. It was never replaced. We are preparing for sale, painter is coming in a weeks time.

The shelves must be fixed securely into studs—these are heavy shelves and cannot come off the plasterboard wall. Shelf measurements: 14.5cmx157.5cmx4.5cm 13cmx158cmx4.5cm Important: • I don’t know what’s inside the walls (wiring, pipes, etc.), so I’ll need someone who can safely assess this and use the correct fixings. • One of the shelves has a small split in the wood (see photo).
