Looking for someone experienced to: • Cut out/remove the affected section of drywall • Inspect and treat the mould properly • Clean/treat the area before closing it up • Replace and repair the drywall • Patch and finish the area ready for painting The source of the water seepage has already been identified and fixed Please provide your quote and let me know if materials are included.

Need the holes in wall patched

Spare toilet area: We replaced our spare toilet and need the plaster wall patched where the water inlet is. We also need two tiles replaced as you can see where the old toilet used to be. This area needs to be re-grouted. Main bathroom: we just need the grouting to be re-done as it is chipping and one tile is getting loose because of it.

Looking for a reliable handyman to complete a two-part repair following an old water leak (the leak source has already been fixed and the area is dry). Scope of work: Drywall repair: Patch, tape, and mud two rectangular cut-outs in the wall (approx. 12" x 12" total area) ready for sanding/painting. Please bring backing timber/clips and plaster supplies. Carpet re-installation: Treat the exposed subfloor area with anti-mold spray, check/replace a small section of rusty tack strip, and stretch/kick the carpet back securely into place.

Looking for someone to repair a damaged section of an internal plaster wall. The area has cracked/damaged plaster near the skirting board and will need to be patched/replastered, sanded smooth and repainted so it blends in with the existing wall. I have two handyman tasks I'd like completed; 1. I had 4x speakers mounted to the ceiling with 2x screws for each speaker drilled into plasterboard, I have removed the speakers and there is now 8x screw holes that remain in the ceiling. I'd like these to get patched up and painted to match the ceiling. I have a tin of matching paint that will be provided 2. I had a minor water leak in a bedroom window which has been fixed, this resulted in a small surface level water damage to cracking the paint on the windowsill. The job will require framing or battening out the walls to create a cavity, installing insulation, and then sheeting, stopping, and sanding the plasterboard so it is completely ready for paint. ​Key Requirements: ​Install timber or metal battens/studs against the existing brickwork. ​Supply and install appropriate wall insulation. ​Supply and install plasterboard. ​Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a paint-ready finish. ​Work cleanly around existing fixtures, including a split system air conditioner, a window, a door, and electrical outlets. ​Install skirting boards and architraves around the window and door (optional/let me know if you can include this). ​ your availability.
