I currently have a house extension with a transparent polycarbonate roof and plaster boards below them. However it seems that one of the polycarbonate roofs have either broken or are allowing water to leak through causing the plasterboard below to retain water. The plaster ceiling board is now leaking rainwater in the room and causing wood around it to start getting a mould. Hi Darren I have a small job and desperately needing help, as I can’t get my bond back until it’s done, the patch that needs to be sanded is A4 paper size, and the wall is roughly 2 metres wide and standard size house length, , the realestate want the whole wall re painted, so I can get my bond back, sadly it wasn’t me who did it, it was abusive nephew who I lived with, I left because his abuse and he told realestate I did it so I can’t get my share of bond back to find a new home, Also wondering if you do cheaper for disability pension? If not that’s ok

We have a light switch in our bedroom that has been knocked in. The light switch is in good condition but the surrounding plaster needs fixing/patching (see image). The switch still works and turns light on/off without issue. No painting required.
