Bathroom walls up to 1.2 meters where I took of the old tiles. Screedind of about 2 meters.

Had plaster repaired due to leakages in family room and upstairs bathroom. Need painted - hopefully just the areas affected. If whole bathroom ceiling needs to be done that’s ok. See pics

Need to clean up all edges of paint and touch up silicone grout. You will need to supply and install the grout. I already have the paint

Sanding and painting two ceilings (en-suite and main bathroom) and painting, we will supply paint. No set time required by but sooner the better. Difficult to take photos, have added floor plan for rough sizing given other rooms measurements

New Granny flat has just been plastered and now needs to be professionally painted inside. Total building size is 8.6m x 5.7m (see floorplan in photos). Pitched ceiling are 2.5m high at the lowest point and 3.8m high at the highest point. Please let me know your price, time estimate and availability. I can provide paint if you provide primer.

We need a small hole in the wall patched and painted, paint colour to match the wall colour.

This single exterior wall has a patchy paint job and needs a second coat and additional paint. Just this one side wall on second level section is required. Wall has a light stucco texture. The rest of the house is fine. I can supply paint and rollers/brushes if required. Easy access on to roof with ladder but the roof section is narrow (80cm approx). Happy for the wall to be sprayed if that is easier/quicker.
