Remove oil stain from polished floorboards. See attached photo. This was caused by new tyres laying directly on the floorboards. I also have a small 2x2cm defect in a rendered brick wall which I need patched and painted white to match existing.

I have a single sash window that I can't open. I thought it was painted shut, but have pretty thoroughly attacked it with the painter's trowel to try to loosen it, with no success - I think it might be nailed shut somewhere on the frame but I can't locate a nail.
