When in the puppy phase my dog scratched and chewed the skirting boards and walls. She has grown out of this annoying phase now and I would like these fixed. I have the paint. I also have a drawer that needs to be fixed and a toilet that is askew. Looking for a general handyman to make the house look like new again.

My partner and I are painting our house ourselves but do not have the equipment to safely paint our stair well ceiling. We have the paint, painters tape and rollers. Really just need someone with the equipment (I.e stair case ladder) to get to the ceiling. We would prefer a professional painter and someone with proof of insurance if an accident was to occur during the process. I have attached a photo of the stairwell.
