No wooden floors in the kitchen so the kitchen will only need a repainting. It can be done at intervals but everything needs to be done within 30 days or so. It needs to be professionally done like covering stuff and cleaning walls etc… The 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and toilet is bare minimum work as it needs to be repainted only to make it fresh compared to the kitchen.
