A bedroom ceiling and a kitchen/dining ceiling to be painted. Maximum 2 coats.

My husband and I would like to get quotes for a qualified painter to do the following: paint the ceilings/cornice in our living/dining room + stairwell. Paint brick feature wall and all other walls in living/dining room + hallway stairwell (which includes bricks). Paint balustrade in stairwell. Ignore price in task, we are after quotes!
