I need christmas lights and decorations put up on the exterior by someone who is experienced. Either I can supply the decorations or I can rent them off you if you have your own. I will supply a scissor lift. Price is indicative, feel free to make recommendations for where to put lights, what decorations and on what trees and put a price based on your recommendations.

We want to renovate our apartment's kitchen, laundry, ensuite bathroom, main bathroom, and two bedrooms. We have design ideas and specific materials chosen already. We need help visualizing our design, along with detailed plans and measurements for our builder. We’re also seeking advice on layout, material choices, color combinations for joinery, and tile selection. Ideally, we’d love someone who can visit our apartment to take precise measurements and give advice on the materials we've chosen. We are trying to go for a warm minimalism style. What do we need? Floor Plan: A 3d plan that shows room layouts for kitchen /laundry/2 bathrooms/2 bedrooms, including the placement of joinery, furniture, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, and appliances. Joinery/Custom Cabinetry Plans for kitchen and laundry: Detailed drawings for custom cabinetry, kitchen units, and other built-in elements, including dimensions and storage layouts. We already have a list of appliances, tapware, tiles, stone benchtops, finishes, bathroom PC items, and hardware. Material and Colour Validation: The designer can assess our chosen colours and materials to confirm they suit the space's lighting, style, and functionality, recommending tweaks and specific materials needed for cohesion across room. The designer will reflect our colour scheme and materials within the floor plan and joinery designs, ensuring cabinetry, walls, and flooring complement each other. This may include precise placement of accent colors and material finishes. Mockups or Renderings: To visualize the final look, the designer will create 3D renderings for kitchen /laundry/2 bathrooms/2 bedrooms, showing how the color scheme and materials will look in our space. We want to validate the items we've chosen look good as a whole and we want to give the plan to a builder so they can quote accurately and build as per the design. We want 1-2 revisions included.

It will not be heavy manual work, but ideally you would be fit enough to carry boxes of christmas ornaments up and down stairs, and help move some furniture slightly to accommodate the tree. It will be 98% indoor with a couple of sets of lights to set up outside (undercover, and not on the roof). Must not mind our friendly dog who wants to "help".
