Includes lounge/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom not required to be done. Apartment is currently empty. Bathroom walls and ceiling need painting - some minor scraping, sanding and wiping down surfaces will be required as part of the preparation. Paints are already purchased and if necessary the equipment can also be provided. Best if you can bring your own ladder though. It is a small bathroom, should be able to do the job in one day.
