My elderly friend has a lot of mould and paint peeling in his bathroom (due to the upstairs neighbour letting her bath overflow years ago and him being too kind to ask her for money). The paint and area has now moulded and I’d like to help him sand it back and paint it with mould paint. The area is quite small and tight (approx 4m x 2m) with an inbuilt shower, sink, washing machine and toilet that can’t be moved. But a ladder will fit. Looking for a kind person to help sand back all the paint so a fresh coat can be applied either by me or you. Budget is tight as he’s a pensioner.
