Looking for an experienced painter to tidy up and paint a small under-house storage area. The space has exposed brick walls and a plywood floor that has already been installed. I am laying vinyl flooring so the painter only needs to work on the brickwork. Scope of work: • Clean and prepare brick walls • Patch small holes / rough mortar areas • Apply primer/sealer if required • Paint brick walls (2 coats) • Paint step faces if possible Details: • Area approx 20-25 m² of brick wall • Single colour – light grey • Paint can be supplied or included in quote • Easy access from outside Goal is to make the space look clean and neat for storage and future resale appeal.
