Sand back/prepare and paint four cupboard doors. Looking to paint the doors an off white colour. I have partially stripped the paint off the doors already (see photos). You will have to take back the paint further to ensure no sticking in the frames. Total area to be painted is approx 5.6sqm. I have 1L of Dulux Aquanamel in the desired colour which should suffice for at least 2 coats. If more paint is needed, I can reimburse you. You need to provide all tools, I will just provide paint.

- Plaster / render / make good 2.5 small walls (approx 6-7m sq total) - Plaster on 2 door frames to be squared-up. It has been patched by previous owners and they’ve done a lousy job. (Will attach photos later) - re-Render one side of a door frame / panel that’s cracking and about to fall off. I can remove the existing plaster back to brick. Much of the scraping back of old material has been done and now we need someone to render / plaster the walls to make good for painting. Please note - it’s a 1920’s apartment and the existing plaster is old, thick and crumbly. - Due date: Before Sunday, 29 January 2023

Got about 95% of first coat done, but looking for someone to finish off painting of side fence/gate by doing the second coat and a few bits where first coat not done. See photos to get a good sense of the job. 1. It’s 6.6m from the gate to the back fence - the first coat has been done except for the back corner. I would like to paint 6-8 palings along the back fence if possible (as it can be seen) - see photo. I appreciate some paint will inevitably get on the hedge plant, but would appreciate if it could be kept to a minimum (perhaps with a lightweight drop sheet). 2. I’ve also done a first coat about 1.5m behind the gate (as it can be seen from the deck) - so it’s also for a second coat. No need to do go any further - just a second coat on what’s been done. 3. Finally both sides of the gate. As shown in the photos, I haven’t yet put a first coat on the edges where the gate meets the house. Paint is Dulux Weathershield Low Sheen in Monument. I’ve got about 3L left. If more is required, I’d be grateful if you could procure and I’ll reimburse. First coat is pretty thick - the fence was very thirsty - so have used about 5L to do what’s been done (about 4 times more than calculator indicated). Second coat should be much easier and much less paint. I don’t mind if some paint ends up on grass below the fence - will just be cut off anyway. Would like it done by end of day Friday 20th. Can be done anytime before then from 830am Monday 16th. - Due date: Before Friday, January 20, 2023
