The area has been sanded ready for the final plastering. It’s roughly 2.5 meters in area.

We need a 16m2 verandah sanded, nails punched and nail holes to be filled. I will oil the timber myself.

The floor in the bedroom has dropped slightly resulting in cracks in the wall below the window. These cracks need to be fixed. See photos. Also, the skirting boards in the living room and bedroom need to be removed and lowered slightly to eliminate the gap between the walls and the floorboards. There is approximately 8 metres of skirting boards that need to be fixed. See photos. The property was underpinned 10 years ago and no more movement has occurred. Will split job into 2 tasks if needed.

Ceiling has a hole needs plastered and painted

Please see photos. Water Ingress damage. Slight bubbling and discolouration in places. Note square in photo. There is a unit above roof so will need to be unbolted and rebolted so plaster square can be replaced. Painting required too. Job must be competed Thursday 18th. Ideally start morning.
