Hi, We're looking for quotes on refurbishing some weathering/fraying wood on our 2-story unit in Magill. Scope of work: All external wood pieces on the house, front porch, window shade, and the carport annotated in red. Requirements: All surfaces will undergo preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as required to ensure optimal adhesion and durability of the paint, followed by two topcoats of Dulux Premium Paint that best matches the exisiting colour on the wood. Preparation: Washing & cleaning all applicable surfaces if/as required and necessary. Protecting floors, furniture, windows, and other fixtures. Scraping and sanding all loose and flaking paint. Patching holes, Repairing cracks, and Filling gaps. Applying primer sealer undercoat, stain blocking, and rust treatments as required.

Paint the walls and ceiling with enamel paint. Old paint is peeling.

Recently Got our bathroom and laundry renovated. Need to get the roof and walls Bathroom Area is 2.5 ×1.7 mt Same as Laundry measurements too along with toilet area.

We have a 10 seater wooden table (slightly larger than the one in the image) and 20 wooden chairs like the ones in the image, that need to be brushed lightly to remove spider webs and dust, then coated with oil. In the past I have tried using a paintbrush or a spray bottle, and am happy with whatever works best for you. We want all surfaces oiled (top and underside). We have a large lawn that the wet chairs can be placed on to dry, but also an undercover area if needed. It would work best for this to happen on a sunny day, and preferably on a weekend although we have some flexibility here. No problem splitting the task over a few days. We will supply the oil, paintbrushes, spray bottles, dustpan brush, tarps if required. We just require the labour. We can help move the table around (2 person lift). Chairs are manageable by one person.
